I’m Atul Prashar.

I’m a venture capitalist based in New York City and the founder of Sava360 Ventures. I invest in early-stage companies across media, tech, sports, and entertainment.

Over the years, I’ve worked closely with startup founders, helped raise capital, scaled businesses, and invested in companies that are building the future. I’ve also hosted podcasts, spoken at global events, and advised entrepreneurs on how to win in competitive industries.

The reason I created this course is simple — I wanted to make venture capital easier to understand. Especially for young professionals, founders, or anyone who feels left out of the world of investing. You don’t need a finance degree or an MBA to understand how capital works.

This course is your toolkit to learn how investors think, what makes a great startup, and how to confidently navigate the investment world.

My goal is to help more people feel confident about investing, building companies, and understanding how capital can work for them.

“This course makes venture capital simple and clear. I finally feel confident discussing startup investing without feeling out of place.”

- Priya K., MBA Student

“A must-have course for founders. The breakdown of how investors think helped me prepare for my first VC pitch.”

- Daniel R., Startup Founder

“Clear, practical, and no jargon. The course answered questions I didn’t even know I had about fundraising and early-stage startups.”

- Jacob P., First-Time Investor
